Dedicating each day to serve, support and advocate
for aging adults in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties.
Council on Aging of West Florida is thrilled to announce Gus Silivos as the new Executive Chef at New World Landing! We are proud to be the first gala under his permanent gig as maestro of the New World Landing kitchen.
Not only can guests at the 2015 Rat Pack Reunion celebrate our four rats, McGuire Martin, Lumon May, Collier Merrill, and Charlie Switzer, but they can also enjoy the sumptuous food that has made Gus Silivos a household name as Chef extraordinaire.
Congratulations Chef Silivos!
Proceeds from the 2015 Rat Pack Reunion benefit Council on Aging of West Florida. To purchase tickets or learn more about the event, visit HERE!
