While pursuing his degree, Ben served as a supervisor at Ever'man Cooperative Grocery, where relationship-building was central to leading staff and serving the community. In 2025, he received his bachelor's degree in business administration from Pensacola State College.
Ben enjoys having meaningful conversations and forming new partnerships, often over a cup of coffee. Outside of work, he serves at his local church and values time spent with friends.
