Kathy brings a unique blend of business acumen and heart to her role as Social Services Director. An MBA graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, where she walked the halls of the Jones College of Business founded in-part by her grandfather, Kathy spent a decade in Career Services after leadership roles in restaurant, retail and large-scale athletic event management.
As a native Nashvillian, Kathy says, “I was Nashville before Nashville was cool. It was so charming in the nineties!” She moved to Pensacola in 2022 seeking a more intentional, gracious life. This move led her to her true calling: Florida’s aging network. After gaining vital experience at the Northwest Florida Area Agency on Aging, Kathy jumped at the chance to lead our "Dream Team." She thrives on mission-driven work and ensures our seniors and families are supported with both expertise and empathy.
