Pensacola%u2019s Grandma or Grandpa Contest Rules

Who Can Enter

1. To be eligible for participation in this contest, nominees must be a living U.S. resident who are 60 years of age or older and reside in Escambia or Santa Rosa county. Self nominations are acceptable.

2. Employees of Council on Aging of West Florida and the immediate family members are ineligible. The term "immediate families" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.

How To Enter

1. No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one entry per household.

2. Viewers will be asked to enter the contest through the Council on Aging of West Florida Facebook page.

3. To enter, visit the Council on Aging of West Florida Facebook page at www.facebook.com/coawfla and submit your nomination. Nominations must include a picture or video with a brief description of the nominee. No mechanically reproduced or incomplete entries will be accepted.

4. The winner will be announced on the Council on Aging of West Florida Facebook page.

5. All entries received that are mutilated, tampered with, illegible, or from ineligible entrants will be void.  All entries (including pictures) become the property of Council on Aging of West Florida and will not be acknowledged or returned.

The Winner

1. The winner be selected and named Pensacola%u2019s Grandma or Grandpa. The winner will be featured in the summer issue of Coming of Age magazine.

2. The winner will be announced on the Council on Aging of West Florida website and Facebook page.

Odds of Winning/Miscellaneous

1. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received and opinions of the judges.

2. Complete contest rules are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours at Council on Aging of West Florida, 875 Royce Street, Pensacola, FL and on the agency's Facebook page at www.facebook.com/coawfla.

3. By entering this contest, each entrant waives any and all claims of liability against Council on Aging of West Florida, any sponsors, Facebook.com, and their respective parent, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, for any and all claims, loss, damage or injury which may occur as a result of entrants participation in this contest.
