Caregiver Support

Many family caregivers take on the challenges of caregiving alone. However, caring for a loved one is not easy. Not only can it be overwhelming, too much stress can be harmful to both of you. To help ease the burden of caregiving, we offer caregiver support groups, which provide caregivers the opportunity to share experiences with peers in similar circumstances, and our adult day care center, which provides options for both the caregiver and the participant.

Monthly Caregiver Support Groups

As part of our mission to serve seniors and their families, we offer caregiver support groups in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. These groups are available to all caregivers regardless of the condition or illness of the person being cared for, including grandparents caring for/raising grandchildren or relatives caring for a disabled adult. Attendance is free and new members are always welcome.
