Chef Silivos takes on the Rat Pack Reunion!09/29/2015

Council on Aging of West Florida is thrilled to announce Gus Silivos as the new Executive Chef at New World Landing! We are proud to be the first gala under his permanent gig as maestro of the New World Landing kitchen. 

Not only can guests at the 2015 Rat Pack Reunion celebrate our four rats, McGuire Martin, Lumon May, Collier Merrill, and Charlie Switzer, but they can also enjoy the sumptuous food that has made Gus Silivos a household name as Chef extraordinaire.
